Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. MARIA LAURA offers free shipping on orders over $75. Shipping costs for orders below this amount are shown at checkout before payment.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods or holidays, this may take slightly longer.

How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, most parcels arrive within approximately 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, customs, and the time of year.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order leaves our processing center, you will receive an email with tracking information when available. Tracking can take some time to update after shipment.

What should I do if my address is wrong?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, clean, in original condition, and returned with original packaging where applicable.

How do I start a return?

Who pays return shipping?

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return address may be located outside Europe.
